The Winning Weight Loss Hypnotherapy Programme consists of 6 one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions that focus on losing weight and adopting a healthier lifestyle, including:
increasing your exercise levels
adopting a healthy eating routine
maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Is the Winning Weight Loss Programme suitable for me?
If you can answer “Yes” to the following, Winning Weight Loss Hypnotherapy may be suitable for you:
You are aged 18 or over
You have previously tried other traditional methods of weight loss including diet and regular exercise but have not lost any significant amount of weight
You have no medical, physiological or psychological reasons that would exclude you from participating in weight loss hypnotherapy sessions
You understand that participating in Winning Weight Loss Hypnotherapy sessions is the beginning of a long-term process which requires commitment in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise
How does it work?
You will have 6 one-to-one sessions with me, where I will use motivational and direct techniques with you to help you lose weight.
The sessions will run two weeks apart, therefore you must be committed to a 3-month therapy programme.
You WILL be expected to lose weight weekly.
Any weight gains may result in the termination of this programme for you.
You will be given:
Homework tasks that will enhance the programme and have daily contact with me.
1 relaxation and 1 Winning Weight Loss and Healthy Lifestyle CD or MP3 download to help you
Healthy eating and healthy lifestyle information sheets
Hints and tips to help you break old habits and develop a new healthier lifestyle
Is it guaranteed to work?
The key to success is you. You must be totally committed to losing weight.
You must be prepared to make changes to your eating habits and lifestyle.
As with other medical or therapy procedures, there can be no definite guarantees. However, your subconscious mind is very powerful and by participating in the Winning Weight Loss programme, you will have the tools and ability to change your eating habits and make healthier lifestyle choices.
If you would like a less 'boot camp' approach, consisting of 2-3 sessions or would like individual weight loss sessions, these are also available.
